Oversteering at turn in

Reduce Jacking

•Reduce scrub radius (Remove wheel spacer from both side 5mm at a time)
•Increase rear track width (2mm at a time each side)
•Reduce castor
•Reduce Ackerman

Increase rear grip

•Raise rear tyre pressure by 1PSI or drop front tyre pressure by 1 PSI
•Remove or loosen middle axle bearing

Reduce front grip

•Lower front of chassis
•Reduce toe-out (0-1mm)
•Loosen front crash bar
•Remove front torsion bar

Understeering at turn in

Increase jacking

•Increase scrub radius (Add wheel spacer to both side 5mm at a time)
•Increase castor
•Increase Ackerman
•Decrease rear track (2mm at a time each side)

Increase front grip

•Raise front tyre pressure by 1PSI or drop rear tyre pressure by 1 PSI
•Raise front of kart
•Tighten front crash bar
•Add front torsion bar
•Increase toe-out (1-2mm)

Oversteering out of turn

Increase rear grip

•Put longer hubs on (at same rear track)
•Change to harder axle
•Add seat stays


Understeering out of turn

Reduce rear grip

•Put shorter hubs on (at same rear track)
•Change to softer axle
•Loosen side pods
•Remove seat stays

These changes should only be used as guide in most conditions do as much testing as you can to see what works best for you.
Try and limit to one change at a time and write down your changes & the results.
