We do not offer international shipping sorry. From time to time we do have international clients who ship to someone they know in Australia - those may then forward over to the international address as we do not provide any international paperwork - only the Australian tax invoice
We will be closed November 7 and November 8 for a short break. Most orders placed after 1pm Wednesday 6th November will ship Monday 11th November. Please note that some orders may not ship Monday 11th November due to being short staffed on Monday 11th November. Any orders that miss the courier on Modnay 11th November wiill ship Tuesday 12th November.
The checkout will be closed from 1pm Wednesday 6th November to ensure no-one is disappointed if they have overlooked our short break and expect orders to ship during that period. We will re-open the checkout during the following weekend (Saturday 9th or Sunday 10th November 2024).
Yes, there has been a change - we used to offer 2pm cut-off. Online orders through our website ship same day if paid before 1pm Brisbane time on our working days. Phone orders generally ship next-day. If you are considering phoning an order through, please keep in mind the time delay between shipping your order and consider placing your order online through our store instead so that we can fulfill your order the same day if paid by 1pm Brisbane time on CPR working days as per our calendar below.
Why did we change our cut-off time?
Since covid, couriers have been arriving earlier and earlier. We suspect they are just getting busier, and to fit all the parcel collections into the time-span during the day and get them onto haulage or airfreight that night they have been struggling to meet deadlines. This means that we are being provided less and less time after the cut-off to ensure your order is properly packed and shipped out. This has caused us to rush from time to time, which inevitably leads to an error in an order.
By shifting our cut-off time back an hour, it gives us a bit of breathing room to ensure that all orders placed by the cut-off get the proper amount of attention and care, which will ensure that your order will reach you exactly how you expect it. We know this is important, so we're making this change even though we'd rather allow you to order until later in the day.
Since our move, collections on Fridays have been unreliable so we've decided to concentrate on keeping our promise Monday-Thursday. Rather than close on Fridays, we'll stay open, but we may not be able to ship your order on the Friday. If it cannot be shipped on that day, we'll ship it on Monday for you.
Aus Post temporarily suspending letter priority service - letters will travel by standard letter service instead
Due to the Coronavirus Aus Post have temporarily suspended priority letter service. We ship using priority to ensure you receive your parcels quickly. During this period we are unable to ship by priority so your letter will ship by standard letter mail. In addtion, they are stating they will only be delivering letters every second day rather than a daily letterbox delivery. Please allow extra time for your letter to arrive or consider upgrading to EXPRESS or COURIER at the checkout. If you've already placed and paid for your order and your order has not yet shipped, please contact us prior to 2pm to arrange to upgrade your letter - fees are usually $8.50 for courier upgrade and $10.95 for express.
Aus Post temporarily suspending EXPRESS POST next day delivery guarantee.
Due to the Coronavirus Aus Post statement as follows:
At Australia Post, we’re working hard to deliver for our customers in these difficult times. We are however, experiencing significant delivery delays in our network due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and a substantial increase in parcel volumes as more people shop online.
These delays mean we are temporarily suspending the Express Post guarantee of next day delivery as we are unable to commit to this timeframe. Express Post is still available but parcels may not be delivered next business day every time.
Due to the Coronavirus impacting freight services, most of our collections have been brought forward by 1 hour. While we still are shipping your order if paid before 1pm, previously in some cases we were able to ship goods when oredered after 1pm. Unfortunately shipping of orders after cut-off simply cannot be accomodated at this stage. Thank you for understanding.
Freight services are running as per usual and collections are still occuring as normal. Goods ordered before 2pm each day will still be shipped same-day (EXCEPT FRIDAYS - see note above).

When we ship your order, it is shipped either by our super-fast couriers, or by the Aus Post Letter system. Items that are thinner than 20mm and weigh less than 500g are usually shipped in a letter to ensure you get a really low price.
Large items are all sent by courier and will arrive really quickly.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
Is my item in stock? Yes, if we advertised it and you bought it, it was in stock - WE DON'T PRE-SELL ITEMS. Items advertised as being in stock are in-stock in our warehouse, not ordered from a supplier when you buy it. So we can send it immediately!
DISPATCH SPEED AND TIMING
When will my items be shipped? Same day when paid by 1pm EST (EXCEPT FRIDAYS) - Items are shipped Monday to Thursday (excludes public holidays) - items may also ship Fridays depending on service availability. All items paid for prior to 1pm each working day will be shipped the same day. Items paid for after 1pm will be shipped the very next working day. (*Note: Some items paid after 1pm may be shipped the same day depending upon time constraints). If for some unusual reason your item can't be shipped the same day (very rare) we will contact you immediately to advise.
NOTE ON FRIDAY SHIPPING - Friday shipping is currently not promised, although we will ship orders on Fridays where possible.
*NOTE: Payment is considered cleared funds. Credit card, Paypal payments (not e-cheques) or bank deposit over-the-counter qualify for immediate cleared funds. Payment by bank deposit via the internet usually takes at least one working day to show in our accounts. If you would like to ensure your goods are shipped immediately, please use paypal or credit card.

Please note that if your items are bulky, you will not see this option - you will instead see the Free Shipping Bulky Items option. If your items are small enough to fit into a letter, it will be shipped that way using the free service so that we can offer you the absolute lowest price. While we use the priority service from Australia Post, there is no tracking and it will not arrive the same day in Brisbane. If you are seeing the option to "UPGRADE TO PARCEL" then your item will be scheduled to leave by letter - choose this option to upgrade it to courier/satchel.

Bulky Items OUTSIDE FREE ZONE 3-15 working days (Remote service) Areas in certain locations may not qualify for the free delivery service if some or all of the items ordered are bulky. These shipments attract a shipping fee which covers the addional costs of shipping based on the total volumetric weight of the shipment. The amount will be displayed next to this option in the cart and checkout. Sometimes this option will be displayed under the free shipping option - if the free shipping option is displayed you do not need to select the Bulky Items OUTSIDE FREE ZONE option.

As long as there are no bulky items in your cart it will qualify for the standard free postage option and the option will be displayed. SHIPPING - METHODS OF SHIPPING
Australia Post Envelope - Items shipped by the Free Shipping type may be shipped in an envelope by Australia Post and can take from 1 to 5 working days to arrive with no gaurantees given by Australia Post for delivery times. Due to the limit of the weight for envelopes (500gm) it is possible shipments may be split into two or possibly three envelopes. Generally we will number envelopes so that you will know that there are other envelopes in a set. Enevelopes will not be assigned a tracking number so if you would like your item to be trackable we would recommend to use the express option. If you would prefer your items were shipped all in one parcel, you should choose express shipping form the shipping upgrades section.
Australia Post Parcel with Tracking - Items shipped by the Free Shipping AND Express Shipping type may be shipped in a carton by Australia Post with a tracking number. Free Shipping items can take from 1 to 5 working days to arrive with no gaurantees given by Australia Post for delivery times. Express Shipping items can take from 1 to 3 working days to arrive with gaurantees given by Australia Post for delivery times according to the Austraila Post website. Parcels shipped by express will have an express post tracking number assigned.
Australia Post Satchel with Tracking - Items shipped by the Free Shipping AND Express Shipping type may be shipped in a satchel by Australia Post with a tracking number. Parcels shipped by express will have an express post tracking number assigned.
Fastway Parcel with Tracking - Items shipped by the Free Shipping AND Express Shipping type may be shipped in a carton by Fastway with a tracking number. Your express shipment may be shipped at our discretion by Fastway if it is faster or equal to the speed of Australia Post Express service unless your delivery address is a PO Box in which case Australia Post Express service will be used. For express items Fastway will be equal to or faster than Australia Post Express service.
Couriers Please Parcel with Tracking Items shipped by the Free Shipping AND Express Shipping type may be shipped in a carton by Couriers Please with a tracking number. Your express shipment may be shipped at our discretion by Couriers Please if it is faster or equal to the speed of Australia Post Express service unless your delivery address is a PO Box in which case Australia Post Express service will be used. For express items Fastway will be equal to or faster than Australia Post Express service.
SHIPPING NOTIFICATIONS
We will ensure you are notified of your item leaving our warehouse on the day the item leaves. The method we used to send your items by will be included in the notification, but it may not distinguish between an envelope method, a satchel or a parcel method. Generally we will include the number of parcels shipped. Any tracking numbers will also be provided. You will receive this update by email. Please ensure you have whitelisted us in your email junk/spam filter. Add us to your Safe Senders list: to make sure our emails don't go to your JUNK box by mistake.
