Sprocket Guard Installation.

**NOTE: Your guard may have a hole in the centre to allow for an optional seat stay on the right side location. The sprocket guard is only required if using the 6.5hp engine.

Sprocket Guard 1 piece *FIT KIT Axle Fitting Kit and Seat Fitting Kit.

a. Remove the upper right side seat bolt if already installed.

b. Fit the sprocket guard with the hole facing forward. The bracket should line up with the seat mount hole on the upper right side seat upright. If it does not, simply bend the sprocket guard to match.

c. re-fit the seat bolt but do not tighten yet.

d. Line the guard up with the rear centre bearing bracket.

e. Fit the supplied M8x25mm Black Hex Socket high tensile bolt through the supplied countersunk washer, then through the bracket, then the guard, then an M8 machine washer and then an M8 nyloc nut.

f. Tighten the seat bolt and the rear bearing bracket bolt.
