THIS KIT ALSO INCLUDES ONE SET OF NASSAU MOUNTBRACKETS, ONE PAIR OF SIDEPOD BARS, AND BOLTS TO FIT THE SIDEPODS!

*New Model complete plastics set.  Can be used for both 2 stroke and 4 stroke kart applications.

Suits newer model karts with straight (90degree perpendicular) sidepod bars.  Can be easily modified to suit older karts.

COMPLETE Kit.  Comes with Nosecone, Nassau Panel, and both sidepods.

Nosecone has detachable quick release bracket (pictured) which can be removed and replaced with old-style brackets if required.

Dimensions:

Nosecone - Maximum width (widest part to widest part) = 1050mm, Depth at front (mount section) =108mm, Width of front bar to suit = 300-500mm, Distance from Mount to rear of nosecone where it meets front wheels = Approx 102mm

Sidepods - Length = 600mm, Width(at centre) = 180mm, Height = 200mm,  Front cowling adds 95mm width to sidepod just behind front wheel.

Nassau - Height = 700mm (slots into front nosecone), width = 250mm (at mount point near steering wheel).

Dimensions of sidepod picture:

SA - distance from divet to edge of front of sidepod = 70mm

SB - distance from divet to front bolt hole centre = 35mm

SC - bolt hole centre to bolt hole centre = 457mm

SD - rear bolt hole centre to rear of pod = 55mm

SE - Total length of sidepod = 617mm

SF - distance from rear bolt hole centre to centre of divet (cutout for bar) = 75mm

Suits new model karts.  (perpendicular from front of kart, perpendicular from rear)

A - Distance between mounting bar points TUBE CENTRE TO TUBE CENTRE - 420mm (Bars run parallel to each other)

B - Length of long bar - 420mm

C+D - Length of short bar - 280mm

C - Distance from mouting tab (Centre of hole) to end of short bar - 210mm

D - Distance from mouting tab (Centre of hole) to front of bar - 60mm

E - Distance from centre of mounting tube to centre of upright (same for both sides) - 25mm

F - Distance from cetnre of upright tube to end of top bend ( more angled upright) - 80mm

G - Distance from before bend to before bend on top bar - 250mm

H - Distance from cetnre of upright tube to end of top bend (less angled upright) - 40mm

I - Height of upright (centre of tube to centre of tube) - 110mm
