Sprocket to suit BULLY Drum 3/4" - see title for pitch and number of teeth. We have also successfully fitted these to the Cheetah basket. However, please note that using smaller sprockets like this one will provide diminished lifespan of your clutch, sprocket and transmission gear (core of clutch) sprocket due to the small clearance and lack of bush between the sprocket and the core of the clutch. Smaller sprockets such as the 11t #35, 13t, and 14t #219 are naturally thinner and more delicate than larger options. Because of this, their service life is usually shorter, especially when used in high-power or high-torque setups. To get the best performance and longevity, these sprockets need extra attention compared to larger sizes.
For best results, lightly polish the drive hub’s bearing sleeve with 600-grit wet/dry sandpaper so that the contact surface is as smooth as possible. Apply a thin film of high-grade, heavy wheel bearing grease inside the sprocket before use. After each session, disassemble the sprocket, clean thoroughly, and re-apply grease before reassembly.
The thin retainer ring and the thick thrust washer are included with the sprocket, replacements are also availble in the store - see the diagram in the detailed images for part numbers.
