Our new Billet engine mounts have arrived!

This model includes mounting bolts (4x bolts, 4x nylon spacers, 4x OD washers, 4x Spacer Rings) and engine stopper.

Designed for Four Stroke karts and pre-drilled to suit GX200/160 and clone engines.  

GX200 base is 162mm x 78mm hole centre to hole centre.

Plate is large enough to accomodate larger engines or other base plate configurations.

Suit 28-32mm Chassis rails (88mm chassis rail spacing can use 28-32mm tubes, or 90mm chassis rail spacing can accomodate 28-30mm tubes)

Distance between chassis rails (Centre to Centre) = 88mm (can also be used for 90mm spacing but max of 30mm tubing.

In some configurations using 28mm tubes you may require a vibration damper ring or a strip of rubber around the chassis tubing between it and the engine mount to allow the clamps to fully tighten onto the frame. This is a great idea regardless of the tube diameter as it protects the paint on the tubes and reduces vibration into the frame which reduces stress cracking.
